Cycle is a fantastic freestyle stationary cycle workout. Cycle will build endurance and provides great cardiovascular training for performance fitness. Our classes are led by our expert fitness instructors and provide a fun group environment and ever changing scenery and challenges.
For intermediate to advanced cyclists we also offer Cycle Peak Performance, and Cycle Express for those in a hurry, as well as the classic Cycle class. Other cycle classes at Fitness First include RPM and Ride.
