But what do the 4 categories mean?
Active
Our Active classes give you a great cardio workout. They're designed to raise the tempo and your heart rate but leave you feeling rejuvenated. Our Active classes include: Body Attack, Spin and Body Combat.
Mind and Body
These classes are designed to improve your suppleness and flexibility. They're a great way to de-stress and are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Mind and Body classes include: Yoga, Pilates and Body Balance.
Strength
If you're looking to gain strength and tone your body, then our Strength classes are the perfect solution. Suitable for all levels of fitness and ability, Strength classes include: Core, Circuit and Body Pump.
Feature Classes
If you're keen to try something completely different, search your local club's class timetable for the Feature Classes which include dance classes Zumba and Sh'Bam.
We release new classes regularly to keep things fresh and interesting.
