To help you get the most from your club here’s an overview of the facilities that we offer to Fitness First members. Note that facilities may vary from club to club.

Our spacious, air-conditioned clubs are fully equipped so you have access to the newest and most innovative equipment around.

Group exercise

Group Exercise

Fun, motivating and social, our group exercise classes such as BodyPump, Yoga and Zumba make it easy to reach your fitness goals. We release new classes regularly to keep things interesting. See what classes are on at a Fitness First near you

Cardio theatre

Whether you enjoy watching music videos, news or sports, our cardio theatre will keep you entertained while you exercise.

Weights area

Weights area

Our wide selection of innovative weight training equipment includes everything you need to strengthen and condition your whole body.

TRX in the Freestyle area

Freestyle

Rather than focusing on one single muscle group, Freestyle training gives you the freedom to mimic natural forms of movement in all directions.

Cycle

Cycle studio

Cycle is a fun and exciting bike-based aerobic workout ideal for all fitness levels that has taken our clubs by storm. We now have dedicated cycle studios in most of our clubs.

PlayZone

PlayZone crèche

Our PlayZone crèche ensures that your child can enjoy their visit as much as you. With toys, games and activities to suit all ages, your child can relax in the professional hands of qualified and experienced staff. Cost ranges from just $2.50 to $5 per session.

Lounge Area

Members' lounge

The lounge is the perfect place to wind down after your workout. Relax, read the papers and chat with members and friends.

Ladies only

Ladies only area

Girls, if you feel more comfortable exercising in a ladies only environment a number of our clubs have a separate room just for you.

Saunas and Steam Room

Sauna and steam room

Relax and unwind in the warmth of the saunas and steam rooms available in some of our clubs. Great for increasing your circulation and detoxifying your skin, you’ll leave with a clearer mind, and a healthier body, ready to face the world.

Pool

Pool

Some of our clubs have swimming pools so you can enjoy a relaxing swim or revive yourself with an aqua aerobics class.

Car Parking

Car parking

For our members’ convenience, private car parks are provided at many clubs. Please check your nearest club for parking availability as restrictions may apply.

Dance school

Dance school

Our Mosman, Carlingford and Mona Vale clubs offer an exciting dance education program in a variety of styles from Ballet and Tap to Hip Hop and Street Jazz. There’s a dance class for children and adults of all ages. Find out more

Our clubs with Aquatic Centres are staffed by friendly AUSTSWIM qualified teachers who run classes using the latest teaching techniques. Find out more
