 New Club Opening Hours!!

As of 2nd August Maroubra will be opening at 5:45am for those early birds who want to catch the worm!!

Class times will now be 6:00am start for both the main studio and cycle studio.

A low-impact, 55-minute class, integrating aerobic exercise for heart fitness, resistance training for strength and stability, and stretching and mobility work. Using BODYVIVETM balls and resistance tubes, you enjoy a varied workout that activates and empowers your body.

Simple, athletic and electric. A high energy program combining hi & lo impact moves and combinations, organised action and strength phases. Not for the faint hearted.

Combining the many beneficial and splendid aspects of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. Set to inspiring and uplifting music.

Kick and punch your way to great results in this hi octane, adrenaline pumping workout. Incorporates many disciplines from martial arts, like kickboxing, boxing and Tai Chi.

Exclusive to Fitness First, CORE is an equipment based 45 minute class designed to strengthen and tone the mid-section. Participants will become aware of how the core functions and integrates with all movement assisting in day-to-day activities.

If you have any injuries or disabilities, or are pregnant, Fitness First advises that you should consult your health professional prior to undertaking any class. Please also inform your Group Fitness instructor.
For your safety it isimportant that you attend the warm-up & cool-down phase of all classes.
Lockers are available.
Please bring a towel and water bottle for your own comfort.
For hygiene and safety reasons please bring your own gloves to boxing classes.
At Fitness First, all of our Group Fitness instructors are professionally trained, qualified and insured.
